Tuition & Class Expectations

I understand tuition fees are based on an annual tuition divided between 9 equal monthly payments, and the first month’s tuition is due at the time of registration. The price per month is the same whether there are 5, 4, 3, 2, weeks in the month. The parent or guardian who registers the dancer, is responsible for payments and requirements set forth by Kaleidoscope Dance Studio.

Tuition payments are non-refundable and due the first class of every month. A $15.00 late fee per month will be put on accounts with a balance due on the 10th day. A late fee will be applied each month until the account is up to date. You will receive notice of unpaid fees prior to any collection action. If there is no payment received, your account will be sent to a collection agency. You will be responsible for the unpaid balance on your account in addition to any collection or attorney fees.  Kaleidoscope Dance Studio had the right to send my account to collections in the event I have any unpaid tuition or other fees. All returned checks will be charged a $30.00 fee.

There is an annual membership fee of $30.00 per student, maximum $50.00 per family, which is due at the time of registration and is nonrefundable.

Important: Starting 6/1/2020: a 3% surcharge will be added to payments when using debit/credit cards. We do offer checking account payment options with no surcharge added. You can add a checking account number to your account as a single or recurring payment option.

There are NO REFUNDS on paid tuition or deductions for classes missed. If a student misses a class, you are still charged for it. To withdraw from a class, a 15-day notice is due via email to kaldance@live.com. If a student withdraws, tuition is due for that month regardless of the day of drop.

Classes Must Have a Minimum of 8 Students
